The Napta Charitable Trust has been established to recognise excellence and talent in musical theatre in the Northern region of Musical Theatre New Zealand, covering an area from Pukekohe to Kerikeri.

The Trust's role is to advance the education of performers in the performing arts and in particular to assist and encourage performers to acquire and develop further skills and expertise in performance, either here in New Zealand or overseas. Find out more about The Trust...

The Northern Area Performance Theatre Awards (NAPTAs) have been running since 2001. Participating society productions are judged and awards presented at the annual awards night.
